El hombre que siempre existió is the portrait of an exceptional couple who dedicated 40 years of their lives to investigating the true identity of a corpse that helped the British Secret Service defeat Hitler.

Jesús Copeiro and Elin Von Munthe are cheerful and expeditious. Driven by a remarkable detective spirit, they forged a network with other investigators from various countries and traveled across Europe searching for archives and testimonies. In a flirtatious dance with conspiracy, they proved the theft of official documents, the hiding of evidence, and even the true identity of the mysterious corpse—one of MI5's best-kept secrets. Now, they resist as time goes on, and they defend themselves with irrefutable evidence against the accusations and threats they have received from the United Kingdom.
